You can start here.

I see you.

You’re a talented and successful established or emerging leader.  You’ve done all the right things. You earned the degrees. You got the internships. You landed the jobs. You invested in yourself. You brought your dream to life. You hustled & grinded it out. You’ve received the honors, the awards, the plaques and the accolades. By all the normal metrics, you’ve made it!

But too frequently, there’s a whisper of dissatisfaction that has you looking around at the career you’ve built for yourself asking “Is this it?!?!”  Let’s be honest, for some of us, its a constant bullhorn alerting us to all that is wrong. Either way, you don’t have to take that anymore.

Even before the pandemic, more than 70% of US workers reported being disengaged from their work. That was before the pandemic obliterated home/work boundaries, brought staff reductions (and more work for you), required home schooling, and eliminated the ability to [safely] engage in most of the activities that made the grind of our lives worth it (my passport has been woefully underused these past 2 years).

Two years after COVID took the world by storm, tens of millions of Americans have left their jobs (the Great Resignation) and businesses are laying off employees and closing shop left and right. For those of us who have been lucky enough to maintain our careers, we’re overworked, burned out and struggling to adjust to the changes demanded of us daily. Surveys show that 40% of those left are thinking of quitting.

So where do we go from here?

The easy response is that our society and culture needs to change. We need to stop expecting people to live to work. We need our work and business environments to support the normal needs of a human experience rather than expecting us to be robots (seriously, back-to-back zoom meetings leave no room to eat or take bathroom breaks).

The harder response is that change starts with each of us individually. The truth is that it's no one else’s responsibility to ensure your career happiness, satisfaction and fulfillment but YOU. No part of our standard education and socialization systems teach us how to create an environment that consistently invites these elements into our lives. Most of us don’t even know what we really want (outside of the cookie cutter societal expectations for happiness and success), let alone have the motivation + plan to go and get it.

That’s why I’ve created Mission: Mastered.

I’ve been there. I’ve felt the confusion and disappointment of having followed all of the “right” steps in my career, only to find myself on a path that was more depleting than rewarding.

At my breaking point I decided that there had to be a different way - a way of operating in my career that facilitated success AND honored my unique needs + desires.  Now I experience so much joy and fulfillment on my career journey! That’s why I’m on a mission to guide my clients and community to their own authentic, purposeful and empowered career path.

I help my clients transform + create careers that they love instead of loathe.

My clients discover how to create careers that fuel success AND honor the core of who they are. They (re)build careers that foster the satisfaction + fulfillment they need and crave. They take back control and find the freedom to achieve success and happiness on their own terms.

I’m here to help if:

  • You’re ready to stop the burnout and reclaim the joy and excitement in your career.

  • You feel you're at a crossroads and are looking for long-term, sustainable career changes.

  • You are multi-passionate, have many talents or interests, and are not sure how to pull a career together that honors all of your "parts".

  • You‘re over cycling through periods of procrastination + inspired action, and are ready to find traction towards your career goals.

  • You’re ready to rediscover yourself in a way that will help you build confidence in (and love) what makes you unique.
