The path to how you got here is not unique. Since our single-digit years, we’ve been forced through homogenization processes that have stripped many of us of the creativity and . We’ve been shepherd through an education system that teaches us what to think (rather than how to think). We’ve been instructed to follow careers paths with defined steps (go to college, get that post-grad degree, land the internship, start at the bottom and work your way to the top). Even when we step out and follow a less-beaten path, the dominant societal messages are designed to keep you within defined guidelines (e.g. to have a successful business, it must look like [this] and you must do [that]).

True happiness is underrated.

We live in a society we are chasing superficial happiness - you know - the image of the young woman spinning around near the oceans edge, arms wide with a huge smile on her face.

True happiness is not a thing that you force so it shouldn’t be chased. True happiness is a natural by-product of living your life in alignment with you who REALLY are and living out your values.
