Say Yes! To Less Stress is a comprehensive stress management experience that will help you master your stress response and build resiliency against stress. It is designed to equip you with the knowledge and practical skills needed to effectively reduce the harmful impacts of stress, professionally and personally. If you want to function at your best (aka be your best self), you must proactively manage stress.
This course will explore the causes of stress, its effects, and various strategies to cope with and alleviate stress. You’ll learn how to apply lessons from neuroscience and psychology to re-wire your brain, soothe your body and respond to stress in ways that help you thrive.
Over the course of 12 weeks, we’ll work together to create a customized stress management plan that promotes your wellbeing and overall quality of life. When you finish this course, you’ll have a new toolkit of valuable skills to manage stress effectively, enhance your wellbeing, and experience a more balanced and fulfilling career.
This course is designed with professionals juggling multiple priorities in mind. There’s no long & drawn out lectures here - we’re getting straight to the point.
