I’m Karissa Wallace, Founding Coach, and I created Mission: Mastered because I’ve been there. I’ve felt the confusion and disappointment of having followed all of the “right” steps in my career, only to find myself on a path that was more depleting than rewarding.

At my breaking point I decided that there had to be a different way - a way of operating in my career that facilitated success AND honored my unique needs + desires. I fused together years of professional development with discoveries in psychology, neuroscience, metaphysics and modern spirituality and made the switch from surviving to thriving.
